The courier company takes care of all custom clearance formalities and delivers the goods at your doorstep. Normally there is no duty if the value of the consignment is under US $ 100 and goods are meant for personal use (non commercial use). But as laws vary from country to country, and if any duty, tax or vat is applicable and is paid by the courier company, it will be collected from the buyer at 'to collect' at the time of delivery by the courier company.

Only you will have to pay the international return shipping and insurance charges. The returned product should be in its original and unused condition and repacked in the same packing in which it was supplied. It should be accompanied by all the original documents like Invoice etc. The customer will be libel in case of lose of return shipment if it was not insurance.

• All of our prices are updated accurately at regular intervals according to fluctuations in the market rate of precious metals and gems we use in our products. We also modify our prices with respect to change in the US$ and INR (Indian National Rupee) conversion rate.
• At the placement of order, we accept the rates of that particular order, provided you send the payment within stipulated time frame and you receive our confirmation of order.
• If the paid amount is higher than the intended retail price, we will issue a refund for the difference.

Delivery Address
In case of credit card payments, we will accept your order if the delivery address of the order is the same as the address of the credit card holder. We will not deliver products to post office boxes as all orders must be signed for at the time of delivery.

We offers two different categories of items at our web site:

If you select out of 'Ready in Stock' items, we will inform you by email the position of our ready stock with in 48 hours, then that item is delivered within 10 days of receipt of the confirmed order.
All other items which do not have 'Ready in Stock' (as we will inform you by email with in 48 hours after receiving your order) time required to make any particular item will be when you place the confirm order of goods which are to be made to order then the delivery time of that item will be as per our email which will be sent to you to confirm your order plus the transit time (3 to 9 days). And in case of multiple items, the time schedule will be of the item which requires maximum time for manufacture.
The transit time for 'Non Precious Group' items is depend on the quantity of order and more for 'Precious Group' items which is about 3 to 9 days.

We do try our best that you receive the goods hassle free. Our shipping agents in most of the cases get the custom clearances and deliver the goods to you at your doorstep. This we do in good faith, but as laws vary from time to time and country to country we cannot guarantee it. So in that case, custom clearance is the responsibility of the buyer.
For the goods shipped through Air Cargo: Though our shipping agent takes care of all custom clearances, but to get the goods custom cleared at the delivery destination is solely buyer's responsibility. Any applicable custom duty, import duty, tax or vat will have to be entirely paid by the buyer at the delivery point.
For the goods shipped through Air Post parcel: From our routine experience, we can say that in most of the cases, the goods are delivered at your doorstep in most of the countries (viz. USA UK and many European countries etc). Any applicable duty, tax or vat will have to be paid by the buyer. As laws vary from time to time and country to country, the local custom clearance is entirely the responsibility of the buyer.

Weight & volume rate per 250 gram on gross shipping weight of the consignment to be charged @ US $ 3 per 250 gram on the gross shipping weight of the item
The rates are for delivery of goods at your doorsteps by the renowned courier companies like Speed Post (India), UPS, Fedex, Aramex or DHL etc.
Single consignment may consist of one packet or multiple packets -- to be couriered in a single airway bill and invoice.
The gross shipment weight of the consignment is calculated taking into account the weight of the free fancy packing and outer packing of the product and the volume charge if applicable on the product including its packing.
